Your trust and privacy matter to us
Global eSIM is committed to making affordable, reliable data connectivity available to travelers everywhere. Our Platform and Services are operated by Global eSIM, a partnership registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, with its registered office at 12180 Northpark Cres., Vancouver, BC, V3X 2B2.
We function as a reseller and marketplace for mobile data services. We collaborate with trusted local and regional network providers and offer their eSIM plans through our platform, enabling our customers to stay connected in more than 200 countries and regions worldwide.
Before you access, you must carefully read the following documents that govern your use of our Platform and Services:
These General Terms (which always apply)
Our separate Terms of Service (applicable when you purchase or use eSIMs)
If a third party (e.g., your employer or one of our partners) has provided you with access to our eSIMs, the Terms of Service still apply, but they must be read together with your agreement with that third party. In such cases, pricing, payment, refunds, and support availability may differ, and we are not responsible for that third party’s actions or obligations.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy (all of which apply whenever relevant).
Together, these documents are referred to as the “Terms”.
By accessing or using our website, social media pages, or any of our Services — or by completing a purchase, creating an account, or simply browsing — you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our Platform and Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published. Continued use of the Platform or Services after any update means you accept the new version.
Third-party services
Our Platform may contain links to external websites or services (e.g., payment providers, app stores, or social media platforms). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, and you must comply with them in addition to our Terms.
Your privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Intellectual property
All content, software, trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property on our Platform and in our Services are owned by or licensed to Global eSIM. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use them solely for purchasing and using our eSIMs in accordance with these Terms.
We welcome your suggestions and feedback. By submitting any ideas or comments, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our Services and Platform are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the underlying mobile networks will always perform at any particular speed or quality.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If we are found liable to you for any reason, our total liability (and that of our affiliates) is capped at CAD $100.
You agree to defend and indemnify us, our partners, directors, employees, and contractors against any claims, losses, or legal actions (including government actions) arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of our Services.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, regardless of where you access our Services.
No class actions
You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring or participate in a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent possible.
