What is an eSIM? +
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card that's built into your device. Unlike traditional physical SIM cards, an eSIM allows you to activate a cellular plan from your carrier without needing a physical card.
How does an eSIM work? +
An eSIM works by downloading your carrier's profile directly to your device. When you purchase an eSIM plan, you receive a QR code that downloads the carrier profile to your device's eSIM chip.
Can I have multiple plans on my eSIM? +
Yes! One of the major advantages of eSIM technology is the ability to store multiple carrier profiles on a single device. You can switch between different plans for travel, work, or personal use.
What devices support eSIM? +
Most modern smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches support eSIM technology. This includes iPhone XR and newer (including the latest iPhone 17 series), Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer (including S25 series), Google Pixel 2 and newer, and many other devices.
How can I use the eSIM service? +
iOS: You must have iOS 12.1 or later and an unlocked iPhone. Any iPhone newer than XR or XS supports eSIM.
Note: When you buy a device with a contract from a mobile operator, it's common for connectivity to be locked until your contract expires.
Many Samsung, Pixel, and Android devices also support eSIM.
In what scenarios can eSIM service be used? +
You can use eSIM to:
• Add a local data plan when traveling abroad.
• Use eSIM for data while keeping your voice line separate.
How to set up eSIM for iOS? +
  1. Purchase the eSIM data plan on our website.
  2. Receive the eSIM QR code by email.
  3. Go to your device Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > Add Cellular Plan.
  4. Scan the QR code provided by email and tap Add Cellular Plan.
  5. Choose Secondary label and rename as "eSIM".
  6. Select Use eSIM for cellular data only and tap Continue.
  7. Select Use Primary as the preferred line and tap Done.
  8. Check if the APN Name matches with the eSIM order: Tap on eSIM > Cellular Data Network > APN.
How to set up eSIM for Android? +
  1. Purchase the eSIM data plan on our website.
  2. Receive the eSIM QR code by email.
  3. Go to your device Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network.
  4. Tap Download a SIM instead? > Download your SIM > Next.
  5. Scan the QR code provided by email.
  6. Tap Download and Done.
  7. Check if the APN Name matches with the eSIM order: Tap eSIM and tap Advanced > Access Point Names > APN.
How fast is the network speed? +
4G/LTE service is available in most countries, and coverage is expanding continuously.
Are voice calls and SMS included? +
Only data service is available.
How to use dual SIM on iPhone and set up your cellular plan with eSIM? +
Dual SIM on iPhone allows separate voice/SMS and data plans.
Our platform only supports cellular data for eSIM.
After scanning the QR code, label the plan as Secondary and set Use Secondary for cellular data only.
If you see "Uncertified Cellular Plan," just tap OK.

Should I switch on Data Roaming when using eSIM? +
Yes, please enable Data Roaming in Settings > Cellular.
Remember to disable it after use.
How to remove the eSIM data plan after use? +
You can use your device's Delete eSIM function.
How do I get my eSIM after payment? +
You will receive your QR code by email.
Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it after a minute.
How is the validity period of the plan calculated? +
Some plans begin according to your eSIM’s first connection.

How to check the balance of remaining data? +
For some packages, data usage can be viewed in your order.
Alternatively, check Settings > Cellular for your current usage.
Can I have multiple phones scan the same QR code? +
No, but the same device can rescan the same QR code.
If I lost my eSIM QR code, what can I do? +
Please check your email or contact our support team.
Will my physical SIM still work while eSIM is installed? +
Yes, your physical SIM can still work.
We suggest turning off data roaming and turning on Wi-Fi calling.

  2. Open Settings - Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
  3. Scan the QR Code - Use your iPhone's camera to scan the QR code.
  4. Follow the Prompts - Your iPhone will detect the eSIM profile and guide you through setup.
  5. Complete Installation - Label your plan and you're done!

  1. Go to Settings - Open your device's Settings app.
